Location: Plymouth, UK
Contact: me@leedyer.uk
2. Personal data I collect
When you submit the contact form, I collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Message content
For spam and abuse prevention, Cloudflare Turnstile also processes technical and security-related data, which may include IP address, browser and device information, and interaction signals used to determine whether the request is automated.

- The Turnstile security check runs on the contact form
4. Why I use your data and legal basis
I use your data to:
- Respond to your enquiry
- Prevent spam and abuse
- Keep records of business communications where necessary
Legal bases under UK GDPR:
- Legitimate interests: operating a secure website and responding to enquiries
- Steps prior to entering into a contract: where your enquiry relates to potential services
- Legal obligation: where retention is required by law
5. Third-party processors
I use the following service providers:
- Cloudflare Turnstile
Purpose: bot and abuse protection on the contact form
Privacy information: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/ - Resend
Purpose: secure delivery of contact form submissions to my inbox
Privacy information: https://resend.com/legal/privacy-policy
These providers process personal data on my behalf as processors (or as independent controllers for their own service operations where applicable).
6. Data storage and retention
Contact form submissions are sent by email and retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, manage follow-up discussions, and maintain business records.
If no ongoing business relationship is formed, enquiry emails are typically deleted within 24 months unless longer retention is required for legal reasons.
7. International data transfers
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, appropriate safeguards are used (such as standard contractual protections) to protect personal data.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not currently use analytics or advertising trackers.
Cloudflare Turnstile may use cookies or similar technologies that are strictly necessary for security and fraud prevention.
